If you would like to test the quality of our hair, please see our samples. We try to ensure that you receive the best, quality hair extensions. As majority of our handmade extensions are custom made. We advise all our customers to confirm the hair colour, hair texture and that the hair strands are not falling excessively before removing the elastic bands around the hair bundle, as soon as your order has arrived. If you do unfortunately experience some of these faults mentioned, please contact info@livicor.com. 

Please e-mail us (info@livicor.com) a photo of your hair in clear daylight, and we will reply to you within 24 hours. 

We only source 100% virgin Indian human hair for our darker shades of hair or Russian human hair for our lighter shades of hair. Virgin human hair is cut directly from a single donor’s hair in a ponytail, which goes through further processing to produce our hair extensions. The hair is collected and bought from places such as temples in India and brought to our factory in Shandong, China for further processing. No chemicals are used in processing our hair. Only steam is used to produce the curl patterns available. The hair undergoes a series of quality checks before the hair arrives to you.  

As all our hair extensions are handmade at our factory, the extensions can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to make. Although we try our best to get your order to you sooner, processing depends largely on the volume of orders – busier periods could take around 10 days. 

However, for our hair bundles (wefts), wigs, closures and frontals, they are usually shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order.
